Marie-Josée Trempe in conference.

Reflecting upon my personal and professional experiences—both the good and the bad, the successes and the hardships—is one of my favourite things to do. Sharing our stories is transformative. When we shed light on our vulnerabilities while revealing our many lessons and experiences, we connect deeply with those around us and inspire them to look at their own lives in a new and impactful light.

The topics I like to discuss are numerous, but they all have a central theme related to what I have learned during the past 40 years working with women of all ages in the fashion and beauty industries. Time and time again, the issues of self-esteem, self-acceptance, and self-confidence would come up. My sincere desire is to inspire women to recognize and accept who they truly are, so that they can show up fully and make the contributions they desire to themselves, their families, their communities, and this world.

I am bilingual, fully media trained, and enjoy speaking and connecting to an audience. Throughout my career as both a makeup artist and an agent, I was hired to speak to diverse groups on numerous topics.  I was also hired as a spokesperson for Dove and enjoyed doing a few national media tours.

Whether you want to inspire an audience, impact your personnel, create a training session, or hire a speaker for your professional group or association, I might just be the person you are looking for!
